Solutions · Agencies

Know what's working on every client account. Before they ask.

Agencies lose accounts when the client asks what's working and the answer comes late. Hawky has it ready for every client, every week: why the results moved, the next round of ads and the report, without another hire.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who approves before anything goes live on a client account?

You do, per account. Pick the gate: shadow, where the agent only recommends; approval-gated, where every move waits as a draft for a named reviewer, with the alert sent by email, Slack or in the app; or fully autonomous once you trust it on that account. Spend caps and daily change ceilings are set per client. Every action reverses in one click and carries the record of what triggered it. Start one client account gated and loosen it as the agent's calls prove out.

Is each client's data kept separate, including competing brands?

Yes. Every brand runs in its own environment with its own context, and Feather, the memory layer underneath the agents, keeps each client's winners, brand kit and decisions isolated. Nothing learned on one account is available to another, which matters when two of your clients compete. Every decision the memory informs is logged and auditable.

Can we run all our clients from one login?

Yes. Each client is its own brand in Hawky, and you move between them with the brand switcher at the top of the sidebar, the same one in the dashboards above. Every brand keeps its own team dashboards, agents, brand kit, approval gate and spend caps, so switching clients never mixes one account's numbers or rules into another. Users are unlimited, so everyone who works across the roster sits in the same login.

Which channels does it cover, and does Performance Max work?

Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, against the KPI each client reports: ROAS, CAC, LTV or contribution margin, or reach and CPM for awareness work. Performance Max works, with a limit that is Google's rather than ours. Performance Max reports conversions at the asset-group level, not the asset level, so no tool can tell you which individual asset drove a sale. Hawky scores engagement at the asset level and correlates it to conversion at the group level. That read is directional and useful, not exact, and we label it that way. Creative analysis is strongest on Meta, where the data goes all the way down.

How long before it is running on a client account?

You connect your agency's Meta Business Manager and Google Ads manager account once, and the clients under them come with it; anything outside them, such as a client's TikTok, LinkedIn or CRM, connects over OAuth in about fifteen minutes. Feather reads the account's history within a day, so there is something to look at on day one. Then you set your naming conventions, KPIs, competitor set and benchmarks, and the agents ramp up over the first week, gated until you loosen it. For the first two weeks our team stays on the account and checks the numbers with you, because the fastest way to lose an agency is a number that looks wrong in week one.

How does pricing work for an agency?

You pay per client brand you run, not per seat. Unlimited users are included, so your strategists, your designers and your clients' own stakeholders all sit inside the account at no extra cost. Pricing is outcome-based: a subscription minimum plus upside tied to the KPI you report to that client, with the specifics agreed on a call once we know your roster, spend and KPI definitions. Start on one client account and add brands as you roll it out.

Our client's platform numbers never match their CRM. Which one does Hawky report?

Both, and the gap between them. Meta will claim conversions your client's backend does not show, and the reverse happens too. Hawky reads the ad platforms and connects GA4, your CRM and, for app clients, your mobile measurement partner, so the bottom-funnel number sits next to the platform number rather than replacing it. We do not claim to settle which system is right. We show you why they disagree before a client asks.

Can reporting go out under our brand?

Not today. Copilot returns the performance breakdown, the competitive read and the recommendations as structured slides built from the live account, with every claim cited back to the campaign, winner or competitor pattern behind it. You can export those slides and drop them into your own deck. But custom branding, meaning your logo and your domain on the output, is not available yet. If white-labelling is a requirement rather than a preference, raise it with sales and we will tell you honestly where it sits.

Can we use it in a pitch, before we have won the account?

Yes, and this is the part most agencies miss. Competitive intelligence needs no access to anyone's ad account. Point it at a prospect's category and you get their competitors' live creative, the hooks and offers being scaled, how long each has been running and where the open angles are. One agency we work with has already used exactly that to build a pitch for a prospect it had not signed. Creative analysis and the agents need an ad account, so those start once the client is yours.

How much creative volume does a client need before this pays off?

Around 30 creatives a month on an account before creative analysis has enough to read. A client shipping five or six a month does not give it the signal to tell you which element drove a result, and we would rather say so now than three weeks into a pilot. A lower-volume client still gets value from the competitive intelligence and from production, which is usually what lifts them over that line in the first place.
