Getting started
What does Hawky need to get started?
Meta and Google account access, your brand kit, and any past creatives or performance data you want Hawky to learn from.
My dashboards are still filling in after connecting
Hawky pulls in about 18 months of account history during the first 24 hours, so data fills in over that window.
How long until the agent runs on its own?
Connecting accounts takes about 15 minutes. The agent then ramps for 7 days before it moves into autonomous mode, inside the guardrails you set.

Which ad platforms does Hawky analyze?
Video, image, carousel and stories ads across Meta, Google (YouTube, Display, Performance Max) and TikTok. If the ad exists in your account, Hawky breaks it down once it is ingested.
Can I connect more than one brand?
Yes. Hawky is priced per brand, so each brand you add is its own setup, with unlimited users on every plan.
Competitor tracking
Which platforms does competitor tracking cover?
Meta and Google ad libraries. Hawky captures statics, video, carousels and landing pages, refreshed continuously.
How many competitors can I follow?
There is no hard cap. Most teams start with 5 to 10 direct competitors, then add adjacent brands as the watch list grows.
How do I hear about a competitor's new campaign?
Alerts fire when a new campaign, format or offer launches, by email, Slack or in-app, with the analysis attached.

You can pause an agent globally or per campaign, or roll back any single move. Every action is recorded in the audit trail.
How do I limit what an agent can change?
Set guardrails: spend caps, daily-change ceilings, and the list of campaigns the agent is allowed to touch. The agent cannot act outside the rails you draw.

Pricing is per brand and scales with usage, with unlimited users on every plan. There is no per-seat charge.

Does Hawky train AI models on my data?
No. Account data lives inside Feather, in your environment, and Hawky does not train foundation models on customer data.
How do I get my data deleted?
Email hello@hawky.ai and ask for your information to be deleted from the platform. The privacy policy covers what Hawky collects and how deletion works. Read the privacy policy.
