Who has run marketing in each category

The gallery counts what advertisers did. Velocity asks the people who decided it why. These 21 episodes are mapped to the categories their guests actually worked in — 10 of them to a category page, the rest to none, because most of these practitioners work across all of them.

Guests are linked to a category, not to a brand page. That was tried the other way and it does not work: this library is consumer brands running Meta campaigns, and the podcast is mostly agencies, B2B SaaS and consultancies that run none. The category is the more useful connection anyway.

No single category

9 episodes with no category page, and the reason for each. Forcing one of these into a vertical would be worse than leaving it open.

The category mapping is a hand-made judgement per episode, not a measurement: nothing in the ad corpus records which category a guest worked in, so this is the one part of the gallery that is authored rather than counted, and it is marked as such. One further episode maps to a category with no page here (Sweet Karam Coffee → Food & Beverage (FMCG)): too few of that category's advertisers are in this brand set to publish it.
